General conditions of Sale

Acceptance of the general conditions of sale and conclusion of the contract
The contract stipulated between Principe di Firenze and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by the Company. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Principe di Firenze will in any case promptly notify the Customer.
By placing an order in the various ways provided, according to the order form on the Site (hereinafter the "Order"), the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these general conditions (hereinafter the “Conditions”).

Purchase methods

To place an order the Customer must be of age.
The orders sent will be binding for Principe di Firenze only after the customer has received confirmation from the Company via e-mail that the order process has been completed regularly, the payment has been authorized and the products are at least partially available.

If this confirmation email is not received, the Customer must contact Customer Care via the appropriate online form. In any case, it is understood that the images accompanying the description of a product are for informational purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ.

Prices and payment methods

The prices indicated on the site are to be considered inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment costs are in any case communicated in advance to the Customer through the site.

HOLDER: Breck srl The reason for the transfer must include: order number + name and surname of the order holder (you will find these data in the confirmation email you will receive). Using this type of payment, the ordered goods will be shipped only after receiving the bank transfer.
