Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are made via courier with a fixed cost of €10.
Shipping costs in Europe are carried out via courier with a fixed cost of €20 .
United Kingdom the fixed cost is €30.
Outside Europe with the fixed cost of €40 .
As required by the laws regulating trade, all Principe shipments are accompanied by an official invoice which declares the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
Orders are shipped from Principe, Florence, from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 13.00.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.
Principe is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or causes of force majeure beyond Principe's control.
Orders for items already available will be processed by the first working day following the one on which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and bank verification for our new customers. Your credit card will be charged on the day of shipment.
During sales periods, promotions or items not immediately available, shipments may take longer.
In all cases Principe reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with force majeure occur.
Shipment tracking: When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from Principe with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment. In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or Principe.
Delivery of the order: Upon arrival of the goods, Customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before placing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with, Customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservations, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact Principe.
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Principe and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund owed to the customer.
Shipping insurance: Principe shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.
Italy : 3 – 4 working days
Europe : 4 – 5 working days
Outside Europe: 5 – 10 working days
Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document sent to you.
- that the packaging is intact, any damage to the packaging and/or to the product or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately detected, by placing a specific reason for return/non-receipt on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.
Once the package has been opened, any problems relating to the physical integrity of the ordered items must be promptly communicated to the Company's customer care.
In the case of orders paid by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer, which cannot be delivered after 10 days of storage, the Company will return the goods to the office and will deduct €10.00 from the customer's refund amount per inventory management costs plus €10.00 for return shipping costs.
